- Close Firefox
- Disable all extension from Tools -> Addons
- Delete the following files from C:\Documents and Settings\
\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\ : extensions.cache, extensions.rdf,extensions.ini
- Restart Firefox
