Is it possible to use one of the other bit.ly URLs such as j.mp?
It would be nice if there wasn't a carriage return added onto the end of the returned URL when it's placed in the clipboard - pasting it elsewhere can cause it to be submitted.
Some indication that it's actually copied something to the clipboard would be useful. is.gd add-on does this -- it pops up a small window which then disappears -- though is.gd seems to be no more..
The icon started to irritate me, I have removed the addon as a consequence, which is a shame as otherwise it is really good. Would not be so bad if it was not so large!
Can you change the icon for this add-on? :P It sucks. The rest is just perfect!

ReplyDeleteI love Shorten URL! Please make the new icon smaller, though - it overpowers and distorts the toolbar.
